For the past 30 years, Dimitris Mallas has worked for business and financial newspapers as well as trade publications, and for the last 15 years he has also been working for news websites. Dimitris covers topics related to the use of digital technologies from both technological and business perspectives, with a deep understanding of how these sectors converge with the Internet and mass media. He also reports extensively on the innovation and startup ecosystem, offering both a European and global view of how innovation is transforming everyday life and modern business practices. Widely regarded as one of the leading journalists in his field, he has conducted numerous interviews with top executives from global IT and telecommunications companies and has covered many major technology and innovation events worldwide. He currently works for CNN Greece and DPG, the largest online media network in Greece, and contributes articles to several financial, IT, and telecom news platforms, including Web World News. He is also very active in the podcast scene, participating in some of the most popular shows in the Greek media ecosystem, such as “3 ston aera” (Insomnia.gr), “Apla Psifiaka” (Moved.gr), and “Business Stories” (CNN Greece). Dimitris speaks English fluently as well as French. He holds a degree from the Department of Mass Media and Communication at the National Kapodistrian University of Athens.
