Argyro Zerva is a Rural and Surveying Engineer from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), with many years of experience in managing EU-funded (ESPA) projects as well as implementing large infrastructure projects. She has worked in construction companies both in Greece and abroad. Since 2007, she has been working at MOU S.A. focusing on the management of ESPA projects. From 2019-2023, she was a member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Cadastre. Between 2021 and 2023, she served as Head of the Deputy Minister’s office at the Ministry of Rural Development and Food. From 2023 to July 2025, she has been Director of the Special Service at the National Coordination Authority for ESPA, responsible for strategic planning evaluation and implementation of the programs. She is married and mother of two children.
