Mr. Erald Hysa has been leading Vodafone Albania’s Human Resources & Property function since May 2022, driving a people-first strategy that positions Vodafone as the
employer of choice in Albania. Since joining Vodafone in 2012, Erald has held several leadership roles, shaping the company’s strategic direction and fostering a culture of innovation and inclusion.
Under his leadership, Vodafone Albania has transformed the employee experience, introducing forward-thinking initiatives in engagement, compensation, and workplace culture. His vision and commitment to people have consistently delivered some of the highest Spirit Beat scores across Vodafone markets, reinforcing the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
Additional to his engagement in Vodafone Albania, Erald also is a Board Member of Vodafone Albania Foundation.
Erald holds a master’s degree in civil law and bachelor’s degrees in legal studies and environmental engineering from the University of Tirana.
