Miroslav Gligorijević holds a MSc in Mechanical Engineering from University of Belgrade, graduating in 1994. He began his professional career in early 1995 at Mihajlo Pupin Institute in Belgrade, and in August 1995 he joined TITAN Cementara Kosjerić. Since November 2000, he has been General Manager of TITAN Cementara Kosjerić — a position he continues to hold. Gligorijević has overseen major investments amounting to over €60 million in the last decade — directed at process optimization, environmental protection, quality management, and workplace safety. Under his guidance, the plant achieved a milestone — being the first in Serbia to receive an integrated environmental permit (IPPC) in 2011, underscoring its commitment to sustainability and responsible industrial practice. Gligorijević often emphasizes a corporate philosophy that balances industrial performance with social responsibility: quality, innovation, and responsiveness to customer and societal needs. Gligorijević combines technical engineering background with long-term strategic vision: prioritizing sustainable growth, employee welfare, quality control, and corporate responsibility. He advocates for a balanced model where industrial success goes hand in hand with environmental stewardship and community development.
