Ardiana Sokoli is the Vice President of BALFIN Group from January 2018, focusing in Real Estate. Ardiana joins BALFIN Group after several years of experience as the Banking Sector’s Chief Executive Officer with very good knowledge of Financial Management and Corporate Governance. She has started her career as an academic and then was deeply involved for nearly 15 years in the Banking and Financial Sector. Ardiana has intensively worked with the private and public sector, in the form of direct investments, privatizations or managerial consultancy. As the founder of the American Bank, Ardiana has had a key role in placing the latter in a leading position in the market;in the realization of its sale, as well as the subsequent merger of two banks owned by Intesa Sanpaolo. Recently, Ardiana comes from a 4-year experience as Director of European Integration and Projects at the Ministry of Environment. Ardiana has an MPA from the Catholic University of Leuven in Belgium, in addition to training and specialization in prestigious western schools such as London Business School, German Bank Academy, University of Illinois and San Diego in USA, etc.
