Stefan Rolle is Head of Division „Natural Gas Emergency Preparedness” at the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy. Before he took over responsibilities for this division in 2014 he was Head of Division for New Energy Technologies. He started his professional career in the international section of Commerzbank and served for this German bank at the head quarter in Frankfurt and also at several branches in Germany and abroad. After joining the Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy he held various tasks in the Directorates-General for External Economic Policy and Energy. Stefan graduated from Passau University where he studied economics.
