Mechanical Engineer with many years of experience in project management, mainly in the production and supply chain sectors.

Career:
Mrs. Paliarouta has served as head of the design, development, and implementation of projects within a Strategic Portfolio of 11 pillars in one of the country’s largest industries, developing expertise in Negotiation, Change, Team, and Resource Management. She has also worked as Operations Manager at Amazon UK distribution centers.

Combining her professional experience with her passion for entrepreneurship, she founded her own business in the medical sector.

Mrs. Paliarouta has served as a project manager in the design, development and implementation of an 11-pillar Strategic Portfolio in one of the largest Industries in the country, developing skills in Negotiation, Change Management, Teams and Resources. Combining her work experience and her love for "entrepreneurship", she started her own business, which operates in the Medical sector.
She previously held the position of Secretary General for Transport at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, overseeing, among other areas, urban transport, electromobility, road safety, transport interconnectivity, and sustainable and safe mobility.

Effective July 2025, she assumed the position of Secretary General for Energy and Mineral Resources at the Ministry of Environment and Energy.

Education:
Mrs. Paliarouta completed her studies at the National Technical University of Athens in 2011. She holds a Master's degree from Imperial College London as well as an MBA from the Athens University of Economics.
