Pierre-Arthur Lestrade
Pierre is a leader in the field of energy Europe. In particular, he focuses on strategic aspects and developments related to the energy transition. Pierre has a deep expertise of renewables technologies and business environment.
Pierre has been working for the EDF Group since 2008, with a focus on international business growth and operations. He has held various senior positions such as director of operation or CEO in large local business units. In his current position of Vice President for Europe, he is leading EDF power solutions’ activities (hydro, onshore & offshore, solar, batteries, networks, C&I…) and subsidiaries in Europe.
This represents more than 1000 people working in 10+ countries and more than 3.5 GW under operation or construction. Pierre has a successful track record in developing and delivering new businesses, major M&A activities and managing large corporate organisations.
Pierre holds a master’s in engineering and an MBA from INSEAD.
