Kostas Georgakos is the Co-Founder and CEO of Prelevits & Georgakos Real Estate, which was established in 2000 with the aim of providing comprehensive services to Greek and foreign clients in the real estate sector and with a network of partners both in Greece and abroad, especially in the countries of Southeastern Europe. He has participated as a speaker in many conferences in Greece and abroad. He is well-versed in the countries of Southeastern Europe, where, as CEO of Prelevits & Georgakos, he has organized dozens of conferences and information meetings on real estate in Greece as well as on the potential opportunities. He is President of the Real Estate Valuation Observatory of Greece and Southeastern Europe, President of the Hellenic-Serbian Chamber of Northern Greece, Vice President of the Hellenic Federation of Real Estate Agents, President of the Association of Real Estate Agents of Northern Greece, Certified Real Estate Appraiser from the University of Macedonia.
