Theresa Reichstadt is a Research Leader at RAND Europe, where she leads the organisation’s energy and environment research portfolio. Her work focuses on delivering rigorous, policy-relevant analysis across clean energy, decarbonisation, the circular economy, green fiscal instruments, and wider environmental policy. Theresa has an extensive track record in cost–benefit analysis, impact assessment, and policy evaluation, and is known for providing evidence-based insights that inform strategic decision-making across government, industry, and international organisations.
