Stefanos is a chartered valuation surveyor, member and assessor of RICS. He joined the Savills Hellas Athens Office in 2017, and he is currently director at Valuation & RE Advisory department. He received his MEng in Surveying from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh, Greece). Stefanos has also received two MSc degrees in Geomatics and Real investment and Finance from AUTh and Heriot Watt (UK) respectively, and a PhD from AUTh by focusing on commercial real estate spatial planning, valuation and development. He specializes in appraisals and valuations, viability & feasibility studies, data collection and analysis, market research and investment reports, for listed companies, financial institutions, private real estate investment funds and private individuals. Moreover, Stefanos has great teaching and research work in real estate and has attended numerous scientific conferences by publishing multiple articles in proceedings and journals.
