Fofi joined Danos in 1999 and since 2008 she is the Director of Thessaloniki Office. Until then she was the Head of Valuation Dpt of the office with great experience in Valuation of all kind of properties, Market Studies and Analysis, feasibility studies etc. She has extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, specializing in valuation services and real estate development feasibility studies, market research studies, as well as the marketing of commercial and residential properties. She has authored several articles on the real estate markets of Thessaloniki and Northern Greece, which have been published in local financial newspapers and magazines. She has also participated in and coordinated numerous conferences and seminars related to real estate. Fofi is a Civil Infrastructure Engineer and she is Member of the THE EUROPEAN GROUP OF VALUERS’ ASSOSIATIONS (TEGoVA-REV), Member of the ASSOSIATION OF GREEK VALUERS, Member of the HELLENIC VALUATIONS INSTITUTE.
