Roni Aloni has more than 30 years of international experience in the hospitality industry, having served in senior executive positions within major hotel organizations. Since 2017, he has held the position of Managing Director of Fattal Hotel Management in the Mediterranean, with overall responsibility for all Fattal Group companies in Greece and Cyprus. Under his leadership, Leonardo Mediterranean Hotels & Resorts has been dynamically expanding, successfully managing an extensive portfolio of owned and managed hotels across the two countries. Today, the portfolio under his direction comprises 13 hotels, 5 in Greece and 8 in Cyprus, with a strategic objective to expand to 16 hotels by the end of 2026.
With deep expertise in financial management, marketing, and the operational leadership of complex organizations, he has overseen large-scale investments, multi-layered development projects, and business units employing thousands of people with significant annual turnover, building sustainable structures with long-term vision and consistent growth momentum.
