Ioannis Kirkinezis has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, including project and contract management, claims analysis, management consulting, construction inspection, and engineering. His portfolio includes railway transportation networks, road networks and highways, tunnels, airports, industrial and manufacturing facilities, oil and gas, power generation plants, electricity transmission and distribution, gas pipelines, water supply and irrigation, sewerage systems, as well as mining equipment and installations. As a Hill partner, Mr. Kirkinezis prepared audit reports, profit/loss forecasts, and cost‑to‑completion analyses for numerous industrial projects in the Middle East. He also prepared claims for disputes exceeding €400 million as a claims consultant. Over the past decade, Mr. Kirkinezis has played a pivotal role in establishing and guiding major infrastructure and energy projects for Hill’s team in Greece. In recent years, he has also founded and successfully led Hill’s operations in Albania as Country Manager. In his current capacity as Vice President, he oversees Hill’s activities across the Balkan countries and leads business development initiatives spanning the infrastructure, buildings, energy, and technology sectors. He has a strong operational background in Hill’s core service lines, including Program & Project Management, Advisory Services, Independent Engineering, and Technical Assistance.
