Yannis Kirkinezis is Country Manager, Albania and Director of Business development of Hill International having more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Mr. Kirkinezis' areas of expertise include project and contract management, claims analysis, management, consulting, construction inspection, and mechanical engineering. His projects consist of rail and transit, roads and highways, tunnels, industrial and manufacturing facilities, oil and gas, power plants, power transmission and distribution, pipelines, water supply and irrigation, sewage systems, and mining equipment and facilities in Greece, Macedonia, Libya, and the United Arab Emirates. Working for Hill, Mr. Kirkinezis prepares Program and Project Management Services, Supervision and Consultancy, audit, profit/loss forecast, and cost to completion reports for multiple construction and industrial projects . As a senior-level project manager, Mr. Kirkinezis was responsible for large-scale engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects with a combined value of more than € 5 billion. He oversaw major facilities projects from the proposal and detailed design stages through commissioning and startup. In addition to providing construction management, engineering, and inspection support services to employers and clients, Mr. Kirkinezis supervised multidisciplinary teams, motivating them to achieve project goals without compromising quality or safety, and monitored scheduling and cost control activities. He speaks fluent English, Greek, and Romanian, as well as limited Arabic. Mr. Kirkinezis has a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Petroleum & Petrochemical Equipment of Ploiesti, Romania.
