Over the past nine years, he has represented and advised major corporate key accounts across Thessaloniki and Northern Greece, and has contributed to numerous advisory assignments covering the wider Thessaloniki Metropolitan Area. His work spans, among other fields, office lease transactions and industrial real estate projects for leading corporate clients. His academic background includes research on cash flow methodologies, living and housing conditions in Greece over the last two decades, as well as urban redevelopment studies focused on Thessaloniki’s city center.
