Lefteris is a Civil Engineer and brings to Arbitrage more than 15 years of experience in real estate projects. He is focusing on design, planning and development management projects in North Greece and in major island destinations.
Particularly in Thessaloniki and Central Macedonia region, he has been focusing on fit-out and retrofit projects in commercial, hospitality and residential sectors. He managed successfully the recent new EY regional office project in Ladadika area and he is currently focusing on the expansion of Pfizer’s regional global hub in Pilaia. In general, he has supervised from design to completion several office, hotel and housing projects as well as retail shops and F&B outlets. He has also conducted numerous technical assessments and site inspections for lending and acquisition purposes.
He holds an MSc in Construction Economics & Management from University College London and MEng in Civil Engineering from Portsmouth University.
