Konstantinos Chatzisymeon has extensive experience in IT leadership, digital transformation, and process management in multinational environments. Since 2022, he serves as Chief of Information Systems & Processes at ERGO Insurance and is a Member of the Executive Committee.
Previously, he held senior positions at Nestlé, including Digital Transformation Director (2020–2021) at the Headquarters in Switzerland, IT Director for the EMENA region (2016–2020) at the Regional IT Center in Germany, and CIO for Greece, Bulgaria, and Romania (2012–2015), as well as CIO of Nestlé Hellas (2006–2011). Earlier, he worked as Service Delivery & Program Manager at Intrasoft International and Consulting & Program Manager at SAP Greece and Germany, combining technical expertise with strategic project and digital solution leadership.
He holds a PhD in Applied Physics & Computer Science from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
