Konstantine Antonopoulos is the Chief Executive Officer of SRS Group of Companies and Agora Insurance, both members of the Ardonagh Group, one of the world’s largest independent insurance distribution platforms. He began his career in reinsurance in New York before relocating to Greece, where he founded a reinsurance brokerage firm that has evolved into a leading platform across Greece, Cyprus, and Israel. In 2019, he founded SRS Group, which rapidly became a leader in the Greek reinsurance market. Following its strong growth, the company became part of the Ardonagh Group in 2023, where he continues to serve as CEO. Building on this momentum, he later established Agora Insurance, further strengthening the Group’s presence in the Greek market. Today, Ardonagh Greece is the largest insurance intermediary in Greece. He has over 20 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry, having held senior roles in international organizations including Willis Re, Crum & Forster (a Fairfax company), Aon Benfield, Guy Carpenter, and Matrix Insurance & Reinsurance Brokers. Konstantine holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Indianapolis. He is also an Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) and a Certified Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and holds professional insurance licenses (Class A & C). Beyond his professional responsibilities, Konstantine is actively involved in philanthropic initiatives. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Make-A-Wish Greece and is its largest individual donor to date. In recognition of his contribution, the organization established the “Wish Maker Award” in his name, which he now helps present to individuals who embody the values of giving and hope. Born in Queens, New York, to Greek immigrant parents, holding dual citizenship, Konstantine is a proud father of two. His professional journey reflects a combination of international experience, entrepreneurial vision, and a long-standing commitment to giving back to society.
