Elli Marten is Executive Director at Agora Insurance, a member of the Ardonagh Group, one of the world’s largest independent insurance distribution platforms. She has almost 20 years of experience in the insurance sector, with a strong focus on corporate risks and the provision of integrated insurance solutions to businesses. She holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration and Management from the Athens University of Economics & Business and an MSc in Investment Management from Cass (City) University of London. Before joining Agora, Elli held a leadership role at Marten Risk & Insurance, a company with roots dating back to 1970 and formally established as a Soci?t? Anonyme in 2002. Building on a strong family legacy in the insurance market, she played a key role in the company’s growth and its evolution into a trusted provider of comprehensive insurance services to Greek and multinational clients, across both the private and public sectors. Throughout her career, Elli has contributed to the development of high-quality insurance solutions, combining technical expertise with a client-focused approach. Her professional philosophy is based on understanding each client’s needs and delivering tailored, effective solutions in an evolving business environment. Born in Athens and of Swiss origin, she is the mother of one child.
