Konstantinos Gioutikas

Vice Governor of the Metropolitan Region of Thessaloniki

Born in 1976.

He graduated from Anatolia College of Thessaloniki and the Democritus University of Thrace, Department of Civil Engineering.

He holds a master's degree in "Environmental, Disaster and Crisis Management Strategies" from the Department of Geology and Geoenvironment, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

He has been a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece since 2001.

In 2014, he was elected for the first time as Regional Councilor of Thessaloniki in the Region of Central Macedonia.

Deputy Regional Governor for Development and Environment of the Region of Central Macedonia, from 2016 until the spring of 2024.

In April 2024, by decision of the Regional Governor of Central Macedonia, Apostolos Tzitzikostas, assumed the duties of Deputy Regional Governor of the Metropolitan Unity of Thessaloniki. President of the Board of Directors of the Monastery of Lazaristes.

From 2014 to 2017, he participated as a member of the board of directors of the Axios Delta National Park and the Koroneia and Volvi Lakes Management Authority.

From 2017 to 2020, he participated as secretary of the Board of Directors of the Koroneia and Volvi Lakes Management Body.
