Mr. Stephanos Theodorides has over 40 years of experience in business management, including 30 years in senior executive positions. He served as CEO of TEMES S.A. (2012–2023), one of the leading hospitality and real estate companies in Southeastern Europe, and previously as CEO of Regency Entertainment S.A. (2006–2011) and DIAGEO S.A., overseeing operations across 18 countries. Mr. Theodorides has chaired and served on Boards of major companies in Greece and abroad, including PPC, Giochi Preziosi S.A., and IOBE. He holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Athens and has completed executive development programs at the London Business School and INSEAD.
