Panagiotis Stampoulidis is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Executive Member of the Board of Directors, and Head of the Strategic Contracts Unit (Project Preparation Facility – PPF) of Growthfund (Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations).
In parallel, he oversees the internal operations of the Group. Under his leadership, the Strategic Contracts Unit matures and tenders critical strategic projects with strong developmental and social impact.
The Unit has been entrusted with the preparation and tendering of more than 80 projects of strategic importance, with a total budget exceeding €10 billion, with a particular focus on the effective and rapid implementation of investments under the Recovery and Resilience Facility.
He is also responsible for the commercial utilisation of public assets included in Growthfund’s portfolio – such as regional airports, ports, marinas and real estate – contributing to the attraction of sustainable investment, the creation of long-term value and the enhancement of the competitiveness of the Greek economy.
