Grigoris Avanidis was born in 1973 in Switzerland, where he spent the first ten years of his life before relocating with his family to Drama, Greece. He studied journalism and worked for several years in newspapers, radio, and television stations. Later, he pursued a career in the tourism industry and served as a special advisor to the mayor of Drama.

He has been professionally involved in family entertainment and has been active in organizing large-scale themed parks and events for over 20 years.

As Co-Founder of Dream Workers, Greece’s leading company in themed park design and implementation, he also acts as the project manager of the company.

The company’s portfolio includes significant projects such as:

The conceptualization, design, and implementation of Greece’s largest Christmas theme parks, "Oneiroupoli Drama" and "Mill of Elves" in Trikala.

Dream Workers recently achieved a major strategic collaboration, attracting the interest of a significant investment group consisting of Greek and international entrepreneurs. This led to the acquisition of a 35% stake in Dream Workers' share capital.

The acquisition was carried out through a newly established joint venture, Dreamland Experience, which includes:

Marco Drago, a distinguished international businessman and honorary president of the historic Italian conglomerate De Agostini Group Makis Angelopoulos, a well-known Greek entrepreneur.
