Themistoklis Roustanis is a Rural and Surveying Engineer holding an M.Sc. in GIS and a PhD in Spatiotemporal Data Management and Geographic Information Systems. He brings over 20 years of professional experience in the design and development of complex GIS infrastructures, serving as Developer and System Architect in large-scale projects across both the public and private sectors. He has contributed to more than 20 Geoinformatics projects as ICT Project Manager, Team Leader, and System Architect, and to over 50 projects as a GIS Developer, senior researcher, demonstrating extensive expertise in spatial data modeling, system interoperability, and enterprise geospatial architectures. Since 2020, he has been a co-founder of KIKLO, a spin-off company of Aristotle University, dedicated to the development of innovative GIS-driven platforms for property management, land administration, and real estate valuation, among other high-tech solutions. Through this venture, he actively contributes to advancing digital transformation at the intersection of geospatial intelligence, data engineering, and PropTech innovation.
