John is a Managing Director within the Infrastructure Team within Macquarie Asset Management (MAM) in
Australia. He has overseen recent investments in VicRoads, AirTrunk, Vocus Group, and other Australian Land
Registries and has been an integral part of the execution teams which successfully acquired the Victorian
Motor Vehicle Registry (VicRoads) as well as Land Services SA and Land Services WA (two of the privatized
Australian land registries).
Prior to his current role, John was a member of the teams that acquired the Asia-Pacific Data Centre
Platform, AirTrunk, as well as fibre network business, Vocus Group.
John joined MAM in April 2016, having previously worked for AMP Capital in the global infrastructure fund in
New York, London, and Sydney. John also has asset management experience including Asset Manager of
AirTrunk and currently sits on the Board of VicRoads, Land Services SA, and Land Services WA.
John holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney.
