Rhea leads the Legal and Governance Team within the Asia-Pacific region for Macquarie Asset Management
(MAM) Real Assets.
During her time at Macquarie, Rhea has held legal roles across Macquarie Capital, Group Legal, and Tax
Controversy. She is a practising Australian lawyer with more than 20 years of legal experience that includes
18 years of experience in the financial services industry. She has experience with fund raising (including
equity and debt capital markets), project finance, local and cross-border public and private mergers and
acquisitions, fund establishment, governance, and general corporate law.
Before joining the firm, Rhea was a Senior Lawyer for Clayton Utz on their Corporate Advisory/Mergers and
Acquisitions Team.
Rhea holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws from Australian National University.
