He served as President of CEPIS (Council of European Professional Informatics Societies), representing national informatics associations across Europe and supporting the advancement of digital skills and professional standards. Mr. Nicolaides has received numerous personal distinctions, including the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award (UK & Greece, 2019). In the same year, PeopleCert was named UK National Winner at the European Business Awards (EBA 2019), placing the company among the top 1% of Europe’s most dynamic businesses. Under his leadership, PeopleCert has received more than 70 international awards for excellence, leadership and innovation.
