Vasiliki Koutsoukou, with over 20 years of experience in public administration and the tourism sector, was born on March 25, 1977. She holds a degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Master’s degree (MBA) in the Organization and Management of Sports Organizations and Enterprises from the University of Peloponnese, specializing in the development of sports tourism. Since 2002, she has been serving as a permanent civil servant. Between 2002 and 2008, she worked at the Administrative Personnel Directorate of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Since 2008, she has been working at the Ministry of Tourism, specifically at the Department of Inspections of the Attica Regional Service of Tourism. From July 2023 to August 2024, she served as Head of the Private Office of the Minister of Tourism, Olga Kefalogianni, coordinating, among others, the Ministry’s strategic initiatives and crisis management. Vasiliki Koutsoukou has an excellent command of English and a good knowledge of French. She possesses administrative skills in strategic planning and team management.
