He has studied Civil Engineering at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Middlesex University in London. He began his professional career as a civil engineer with significant experience in various projects. After completing his studies, he worked in England as an executive in a Holiday Inn chain hotel (5*). Returning to Greece, he undertook the construction & organization of the family business Thraki Palace Thalasso Spa Hotel & Conference Center (now Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Thraki). Upon the start of its operation, he took over the Sales and Marketing department of the complex, in addition to his administrative duties as Vice President of the Board of Directors. He is President of the Hoteliers Association of Thrace, Board Member of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels. Ηe has served as a Board Member of the Evros Chamber between 2017 and 2024 (as President of the Tourism Department), as a Board Member at HAPCO for 6 years, a member of the Evros Tourism Promotion Committee, as well as a Board Member of the Alexandroupolis Tourism Organization (TIEDA). He is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece.
