Nikoletta Chalioti is the Finance Director for Greece (and Vice President of the Board of Directors), Israel, the BeNeLux and Nordic countries at Medtronic. She leads financial strategy, governance, and the development of innovative, value‑based business models across multiple European healthcare systems. She returned to Greece in 2018 to become CFO & VP BoD of Medtronic Hellas SA at the age of 32, after an international career in Switzerland and the Netherlands. She has since played a key role in advancing long‑term partnerships with private hospitals and in co‑developing proposals with public health authorities to address structural challenges in the Greek healthcare landscape. Nikoletta previously held senior roles at Novartis Headquarters in Basel—where she completed the selective 4‑year Finance Rotation Development Program—as well as at Novartis Switzerland and Novo Nordisk International Operations in Zurich. A former professional long‑jump athlete and national silver medalist, she brings a strong sense of purpose, discipline, and resilience to her leadership. She holds an MSc in Economics & Business (Accounting & Finance) from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a BSc in Economics from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
