Vasiliki Pantelopoulou is a lawyer and a member of the Athens Bar Association. She is a graduate of the Law School of the University of Athens and holds two postgraduate degrees (LL.M. in International Commercial and Business Law from the University of East Anglia, United Kingdom, and MSc in Master in Business Administration for Law Practitioners from Alba Graduate Business School, The American College of Greece). She is also a member of the Board of Directors of Hellenic Development Bank S.A. She worked for twenty and more years as an attorney at Urban Rail Transport S.A., employed primarily in the field of public contracts (Law 4412/2016). Since April 2023 she assumed the role of director of the Legal Service of the company “Hellenic Company for Fair Development Transition S.A.” . She participates in Committees and Boards of the investment sector such as the Investment Council of the Portfolio Fund (EQUIFUND I, II), the Investment Committee of the Portfolio Fund TEPIX III, etc. Since August 2025 she assumed the position of Secretary General of NSRF of the Ministry of National Economy and Finance. Since February 2026 she was appointed as a regular member, representing Greece, to the Investment Committee of the European Investment Bank for the Modernization Fund. She speaks English and French. She is a mother of two children.
