Theodora Panteli is a sports journalist, broadcaster, producer, and content creator with more than a decade of international experience in sports media. She has primarily worked with Nova Sports (United Media) in Greece and has also collaborated independently with EuroLeague, FIBA, NBA Europe, the NBA, and the NBA Summer League, producing shows and media content across global markets. She was the first Greek female journalist to commentate both a EuroLeague game and a FIBA Men’s Basketball World Cup match, and has also served as a brand ambassador and strategic communications consultant for sports and corporate brands, leading campaigns and content initiatives focused on audience engagement and commercial impact. She is also the founder and creative director of a media marketing company that has evolved into a full-service consulting and production firm, advising clients on marketing strategy, brand positioning, and the business impact of major sports events. Panteli is also a clinical psychologist with a master’s degree from the University of New Hampshire and Hellenic American University, an accredited CBT therapist, and a graduate of Harvard Business School’s program in the Business of Entertainment, Media, and Sports. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from Binghamton University (SUNY), with minors in Philosophy, Politics & Law and Theater, and an Associate of Science from Jacksonville College in Texas. In 2019, she was selected by the U.S. Department of State for the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), through a scholarship administered in partnership with the U.S. Embassy in Greece, which she successfully completed. A former professional basketball player, she captained Binghamton University’s NCAA team on scholarship, becoming the first Greek female basketball player to earn an NCAA scholarship, and also represented Greece at national-team level.
