Yanna Andronopoulou is the General Manager for Microsoft Greece, Cyprus, and Malta since July 2023, spearheading the region’s digital transformation through AI innovation and the launch of Microsoft’s first hyperscale datacentres in the area. She champions strategic partnerships across public and private sectors, with a strong focus on inclusive growth and societal impact. With over three decades of leadership in technology—including executive roles at Huawei, Ericsson, and Intracom Group— in Greece, Sweden and France Yanna is a recognized business leader and an advocate for gender equity in tech. At Microsoft, she leads the Culture and Inclusion Dialogues for Southeast Europe Multi Cluster, driving initiatives across nine countries that promote equal opportunity across the Microsoft business ecosystem. Yanna Andronopoulou is a recognized voice in global technology and leadership forums. Amongst other she has spoken at the WPL - Women Political Leaders- Summit 2024, in front of representatives from 60 countries advocating for inclusive AI transformation;at the InfraAI Global Summit 2025, addressing AI investments and requirements for the Data Centres and was honoured in the #empowHER50 global campaign by Women in Cloud in US for her leadership in democratizing access to technology and promoting gender equity in tech. Under her leadership, Microsoft Greece, Cyprus & Malta has achieved the 2nd highest Sales Growth Worldwide in Microsoft and has received multiple accolades, including the 2023 EBEA Inclusivity Award, Fortune’s Most Admired Companies in Greece award and No.1 Employer of Choice by Kariera.gr. Yanna has been named CEO of the Year by Infocom (2024), a Leader in Humanized Digital & AI Societies by Who is Who International Academy (2024), and one of Fortune’s Most Powerful Women in both 2024 and 2025 and other. She holds an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Patras and an Executive MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business and has been a BOD Member in Microsoft Hellas and in the American Hellenic Chamber of Commerce since 2023.
