Samuel Laurinkari leads Wolt’s global public policy work. He is responsible for shaping Wolt’s strategic approach to regulation and engages with EU institutions and national governments across Wolt market countries on how app‑based delivery serves consumers, local merchants and courier‑partners. Before joining Wolt in 2020, he led eBay’s EU government relations in Brussels and previously worked in government relations at LVMH and in consultancy at FTI Consulting. Samuel holds an LL.B. in European Law from Maastricht University.
