I am an executive manager specialized in the rail sector. Convinced that every moment deserves to be lived with the maximum intensity, I always look for letting people be happier thanks to a new way of travelling. In fact, my mission consists of improving the journey by giving to our customers the occasion to enjoy every moment of it. In 1993, I start my professional career dealing with management and financial accounting in Italy at FS group, the first rail Italian operator and I am involved in M&A activities. Afterwards, I progressively developed my competencies in the financial field, up to be appointed as CFO at long haul Passenger Division of Trenitalia. The fields involved: real estate, cargo, and passenger transport. Since 2016, I have been CEO at Trenitalia France (Thello up to September 2021) a rail company of Trenitalia group, dealing with French and international routes between France and Italy. I deal with the definition and put in place of the development strategy of Trenitalia in France but also, as Country Manager in France for FS Group, the development of new business in the field of the mobility. Main achievements: - Change of the business model of night trains (toilette and showers in the cabin rooms, new restauration model, entertainment etc). - Historical deal with PACA Region to optimize the mobility of the region commuters between Nice and Ventimiglia. - Concept and put in place in France of an innovative offer of high-speed trains between France and Italy. Since May 2024, I have been appointed as CEO of Hellenic train, the most important rail company in the Greek market.
