With over 25 years in the industry, Kalia Konstantinidou is more than a hotelier, she’s a cultural architect shaping Greece’s luxury hospitality landscape through intention, creativity, and care. As Co-Founder and Group Executive Officer of Empiria Group, she leads a portfolio of award-winning boutique hotels across Paros, Santorini, and the Peloponnese, including properties under The Luxury Collection and Design Hotels. With a background in communications and project management, Kalia brings a sharp eye for detail and a passion for storytelling to every guest experience. She champions female leadership, sustainability, and the celebration of Greek heritage through design, service, and spirit. Kalia serves on Marriott’s Franchise Advisory Council, the Cycladic Identity Initiative, and Marketing Greece’s Strategic Committee. She is also a mother of three and finds her greatest inspiration in nature, culture, and connection.
