Rineta Mitsi, Corporate Affairs & Sustainability Director, Goody’s-Everest Group Rineta is a marketing and communication professional with over 30 years of experience, and a founding member and Secretary of the Greek Corporate Affairs Professional Association (CAPA). Currently she manages the corporate image of Goody’s-Everest Group, oversees the Group’s ESG strategy implementation and reporting, and is also the Coordinator of the Group's ESG Committee. She has worked in the fields of public relations and advertising in multinational companies and has served as Marketing Director for all the major brands of the Group (Goody’s, everest, Flocafe Espresso Room, La Pasteria), managing multifaceted and innovative marketing projects. For several years she has also been an internal trainer for store and headquarters employees in the fields of team building, change management and occupational behavior. She often serves as an instructor and a speaker for the topics of sustainability and communication.
