Nikos Loulis is Chairman of Loulis Food Ingredients S.A., a leading bakery ingredients producer in Southeast Europe, a position he has held since 2010. Under his leadership, the company has strengthened its position at the forefront of the flour milling and baking ingredients industry, with annual production exceeding 330,000 tons. Loulis Food Ingredients offers a comprehensive portfolio including flour, ready-to-bake mixes, improvers, enzyme blends, and specialty baking solutions. The company operates four production facilities across Greece and Bulgaria, employs more than 400 people, and generates annual revenues exceeding €200 million. A seventh-generation leader, Nikos Loulis continues a family legacy in milling and food production that dates back to 1782 in Epirus, Greece, combining tradition with innovation to drive sustainable growth. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College, a technical diploma in Milling Engineering from the Swiss Milling School of St. Gallen, and an MBA from INSEAD. Nikos is particularly passionate on advancing sustainability and resilience across the food supply chain. He was born in 1986, is married, and has three children.
