Career He began his career in 2005 as a leading specialist in the Department of Internal Administration, Department of International Relations of the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan (MEBP). From 2006 to 2010, he worked as an expert and chief expert in the Department of Investment Policy and Planning of MEBP and Ministry of Economic Development and Trade (MEDT).
