Dr. Danae Deligeorges is a psychopedagogue specializing in supporting neurodivergent individuals, with many years of experience in education, mental health, and counseling. She studied at the Department of Philosophy, Education, and Psychology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, before continuing her postgraduate studies in the United States, where she earned an M.A. in Education and the Socio-Emotional Needs of Gifted and Talented Individuals from Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago. During her time there, she worked in the guidance and support of neurodivergent individuals. In 2022, she was awarded her doctorate by the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She currently teaches in the Postgraduate Program in Adolescent Medicine at NKUA, and also delivers seminars and lectures to educators, healthcare professionals, and parents, with the aim of promoting meaningful learning and comprehensive psycho-educational support. Dr. Deligeorges is the founder of the Φ Center for the Advancement of Noesis. She collaborates with international organizations, holds certifications in developmental identification and assessment, and works with companies and institutions to strengthen and sustain mental health in the workplace. She also designs and implements educational programs, and is an active member of the scientific community through publications, conferences, and applied practice. She makes regular media appearances, contributing to public awareness on issues of mental health and neurodiversity. Her collaborations include, among others, the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, the Elpida Friends' Association for Children with Cancer, the Athens College (Hellenic-German Educational Institution), and various other educational and social organizations.
