Xenia Kazoli is an experienced attorney registered with the bar associations of New York, Paris, and Athens. With a career spanning over 25 years, she has worked with international law firms, including ALLEN & OVERY LLP in London, ALLEN and OVERY Greece LLP in Athens (where she served as the office head for 8 years), SKADDEN, ARPS, SLATE MEAGHER & FLOM LLP in Paris and London and BAUDEL, GELINAS & PARTNERS in Paris. Additionally, she served as Legal Counsel at the World Bank in Washington from 1992 to 1994. She is also a co-founder of the Corporate Governance Hub 2020, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting corporate governance and diversity in boardrooms
