Labëri Nishori serves as Political Advisor for Protocol to the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora of the Republic of Kosova, H.E. Glauk Konjufca. In this role, she operates at the core of high-level state representation, overseeing protocol affairs and ensuring the strategic planning and seamless execution of official engagements at both national and international levels. Her responsibilities encompass the coordination of diplomatic visits and delegations, management of high-level correspondence, and the structuring of the Minister’s agenda, requiring a high degree of precision, discretion, and institutional awareness. Through her work, she actively contributes to advancing Kosova’s diplomatic presence and fostering constructive engagement with international partners. Prior to this position, Ms. Nishori served at the Assembly of the Republic of Kosova, where she worked closely with H.E. Glauk Konjufca during his tenure as President of the Assembly. This experience further strengthened her expertise in parliamentary procedures, institutional coordination, and high-level protocol, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of governance and state functioning. Ms. Nishori has developed strong expertise in diplomatic protocol, international communication, and stakeholder coordination, supporting complex governmental processes and high-level interactions in dynamic and fast-paced environments. Her professional approach reflects a commitment to excellence, effective governance, and the strengthening of institutional credibility on the international stage. She holds a degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Prishtina. She is fluent in Albanian and English, proficient in Spanish, and has a basic command of Turkish. Her areas of interest include diplomacy, governance, regional cooperation, and international affairs, with a particular focus on contributing to dialogue-driven platforms and fostering meaningful regional and global collaboration.
