Miltiadis Gkouzouris is CEO of HVA International, a Netherlands-based agricultural project development and asset management company operating globally across emerging and frontier markets. He brings a track record in building and scaling businesses, structuring complex projects, and operating at the intersection of finance, infrastructure, and agriculture. Over his career, he has worked across more than 145 countries, advising on large-scale infrastructure developments and leading high-stakes negotiations in trade credit and project finance. Miltiadis founded Costwise, a cost engineering firm that he scaled internationally and successfully exited in 2018. He has also held senior advisory roles in both the private and public sectors. His current focus is on developing bankable, large-scale agricultural projects that deliver strong financial returns while advancing sustainability and food security. In parallel, he is actively involved in early-stage ecosystems as a mentor and supporter of entrepreneurship initiatives, and serves on the board of SDG House in Amsterdam.
