Eftichia is a Partner in EY’s Leadership Consulting team, leading the Organization, Change & People practice for South BU and EY Private in Greece. She advises C-suite leaders across the private and public sectors on large-scale transformation—spanning organizational redesign, change management, leadership development, performance and rewards, governance and board effectiveness, and succession planning—with a strong focus on AI-enabled workforce and operating model transformation, including transformation programs linked to mergers, acquisitions and major restructurings. She brings 10+ years in advisory and more than 19 years of executive experience in banking. In consulting, she has supported complex mergers and acquisitions from an organization, culture and people transformation perspective—covering operating model design, leadership alignment, workforce and skills strategy, people due diligence, change and communications, and post-merger integration. Prior to EY, Eftichia served as Executive General Manager at Greece’s largest systemic bank, overseeing Retail Banking, the Branch Network and Deposits, as well as Digital Banking—driving modernization programs that improved customer experience and operational performance through data, automation and digital ways of working. Earlier, she led Group Human Resources & Organizational Learning and managed the bank’s Branch Network in Greece, building enterprise capabilities in leadership, talent and change. Eftichia holds a postgraduate degree in Organizational Analysis & Behavior from Lancaster Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy & Psychology from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach and has completed executive education in Corporate Governance & Strategy at INSEAD—bringing a people-first, governance-led lens to responsible AI adoption and enterprise transformation.
