Thanos Falagas is Marketing, CRM & Channel Management Director for Business Customers at COSMOTE-TELEKOM. He is responsible for telecommunications and ICT product strategy, including new product development and lifecycle management, as well as overall P&L, business strategy formulation and digital transformation. His scope also includes customer management (CRM), Data Analytics & AI, Customer Experience and engagement, Channel Management and the design and execution of marketing communication strategies across Key Accounts, Large Enterprises, and Small & Medium Businesses. Prior to joining OTE Group, he held various managerial roles at VODAFONE and OTENET, where he gained extensive experience across commercial management, product and service development, technical development and operations, as well as project management. He holds a Diploma (MEng) in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), an MSc in Telecommunications Engineering from King’s College, University of London, and an Executive MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB).
