Peter Denton CBE is Senior Adviser to Resolute Asset Management and Chair of the Cambridge Biomedical Campus. He advises Barratt Redrow PLC, Zen Living, Places for People and Oval Real Estate, sits on the Real Estate Investment Committee of Eurazeo, and serves as a Global Trustee of the Urban Land Institute and Council Member and Chair of the Finance Committee at Marlborough College. With over 30 years of experience across housing, regeneration and real estate — spanning the public, private and third sectors — Peter was appointed CBE in 2025 for services to housing and major urban regeneration. Until early 2025, he was Chief Executive of Homes England, the UK Government's housing and regeneration agency, and prior to that Chief Executive of The Hyde Group, one of the leading housing associations in London and the South East. Earlier in his career he was a Partner at Starwood Capital and held senior real estate investment banking positions at Deutsche Bank, Barclays and BNP Paribas. He is a qualified accountant.
