Anina Milanović is a World Bank Strategic Advisor to the Belgrade Stock Exchange, where she works on the introduction of new investment products and the overall development of the domestic capital market. In her previous role as Head of the International Cooperation and Development Department at the Securities Commission of the Republic of Serbia, she was actively engaged in shaping the capital market and digital assets regulatory framework, with a special focus on investment funds and tokenization initiatives. She holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law, where she specialized in the regulation of investment funds within the European Union. Anina is the author of numerous professional articles on capital markets, investment funds, and digital assets. As a distinguished speaker, she regularly participates in national and international conferences and expert forums, sharing insights on regulatory frameworks and contributing to discussions shaping the future of the financial sector.
