Filip Leskaroski is an experienced real estate advisor and co-founder of LESTO Realty, a boutique advisory focused on premium residential properties and high-value investment opportunities. He also serves as a Consulting Manager at Deloitte Consulting GmbH in Frankfurt, where he advises leading global banks on capital markets, bringing over 10 years of international consulting experience into his work with retail and institutional clients and investors. Throughout his career, Filip has worked within Finance and Capital Markets divisions of major publicly listed companies across the US, Switzerland, and Canada, developing a strong foundation in financial markets and investment strategy. In addition to LESTO Realty, he is a co-founder of WISO Solutions, a company specializing in real estate and solar systems maintenance, providing operational insight across the full lifecycle of property ownership. Filip is actively involved in real estate investing, including innovative models such as real estate NFTs and crowd investing. He has delivered over 80 lectures internationally to more than 1,200 participants and serves as a lecturer at the National Association of Valuers of Serbia (NAVS). His expertise spans residential real estate, ESG investing, and investment management, supported by certifications from institutions including Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, CFA Institute, McKinsey & Company, Charles Bridge Investment Group, and Daniel Daggers Academy. He has also participated in international startup competitions, including weXelerate in Vienna and Nápad roku in Prague.
