Chiara Gorino is a Principal at Oliver Wyman, a global leader in management consulting, with over a decade of experience advising leading financial institutions across Europe. Based in Milan, she is part of the firm’s Greek banking coverage team and spends substantial time in Athens serving banks on strategy, transformation, and critical execution agendas. Her core areas of expertise include large-scale transformational programs, retail banking strategy, commercial effectiveness, financial services M&A, and restructuring. Chiara has extensive experience supporting institutions through defining moments, from multi-year strategic planning and operating model redesign to integration planning, business plan development, and post-deal synergy capture. Her recent work includes supporting complex banking combinations in Europe, including the integration of two major Swiss G-SIB institutions, as well as merger and strategic planning work in Greece. Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Chiara worked at Deutsche Bank in London in Equity Research and at UniCredit in Milan. She is a graduate of Bocconi University, where she earned both her undergraduate degree in Economics and Social Sciences and her MSc in International Management.
